Solipse eclipse retreats
Not a yoga holiday.
A nervous-system reset.
5 days. 4 nights. All-inclusive. Built around a total solar eclipse.
The method
Most retreats ask you to perform wellness. This one asks you to actually rest.
Nervous-system-first means the schedule is built around your body's capacity to receive — not a packed timetable designed to justify the price. Morning practice. Space in the afternoon. Shared meals with time to linger. Movement that opens, not depletes.
By the time the eclipse arrives, you'll have had several days of genuine decompression. That's the point — so you're actually present for the moment, not arriving jet-lagged and performing stillness.
The shape of a Solipse week
Five days, four nights. The exact programme — and the eclipse timing — is confirmed per location closer to the date.
What's included
One price covers everything on the ground. You book your own flights; we handle the rest.
The full programme — the specific practices, teachers and any guest facilitators — is curated and confirmed for each retreat. Flights not included; travel insurance strongly recommended.
Optional extras
Beyond the core week, we curate a menu of deeper experiences — offered by preference and availability, and confirmed per location. None are part of every retreat; you shape your own from them:
- Sound healing & sound baths
- Massage & bodywork
- Cacao ceremony
- Tarot & star readings
- Breathwork journeys
- Cold-water & contrast therapy
- Reiki & energy work
- Forest bathing & guided nature walks
The menu is shaped around your group and what each location can genuinely offer — a few things done well over a long list done thinly.
Who this is for
If you can't switch off the achiever, this is the reset.
People who find standard holidays slightly too passive, standard wellness retreats slightly too earnest, and who've been quietly aware that a total solar eclipse is among the rarest things you can witness — and have never managed to be in the right place for one.
It's not a party trip. It's not a detox. It's a week designed to help you actually arrive somewhere, rather than scroll through it.
The investment
€1200–€1500 per person, all-inclusive (flights not included). The exact amount will depend on the location and accommodation.
Not the cheapest week you'll spend. The point is it's the only one that lines up with a few extraordinary minutes of total darkness.
The 2027 flagship is our eclipse retreat — booking opens ~January 2027, once the December gathering in Victoria proves the model. Early list members hear first. See the 2027 eclipse for that specific event.
